We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with spotless rooms and tidy common areas. The hotel facilities were impressive, offering a wide range of amenities for guests to enjoy. Additionally, the hotel staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The location was also convenient, making it easy for us to explore this city.

The hotel facilities were excellent, with a revamped look and feel. The rooms were comfortable and clean, providing a cozy atmosphere for a good night's sleep. the hotel's location was convenient for us as we were on a long journey from Pretoria, South Africa, via Namibia. It served as a much-needed stopover, allowing us to rest and recharge before continuing our trip.
The language barrier at the reception. The staff had difficulty speaking English, which made communication a bit challenging.
